I am dedicated to supporting individuals and communities to come home to their inner true nature. I see each person’s healing journey as part of the collective journey towards a life-affirming, regenerative, harmonious society on this planet.
I spent my childhood playing in forests and horse stables of the rural Midwest where I developed a deep love for listening to Nature’s intelligence. This connection has guided my path over the years through intuitions, visions, dreams, and meditations in the woods. For 15 years, I’ve studied traditional Amazonian medicine with Ashaninka and Shipibo elders of Peru. I write and teach about these experiences and continue to take groups to visit these elders and their jungle communities.
My approach is primarily based in eco-psychology, which sees and treats the individual psyche as an open system inseparable from larger ecological, social, and existential contexts. In my practice, working together is experiential, mindfulness-based, and body-oriented. We may incorporate herbs, ritual, rites of passage, and indigenous ways of knowing as healing modalities.
I hold a masters degree in Eastern, Western, and Indigenous Psychologies from California Institute of Integral Studies with a focus on eco-psychology and the psychotherapeutic potentials of plant medicines. Additional training has included Hakomi somatic (body-oriented) psychotherapy, Sensorimotor psychotherapy, Psychosynthesis and IFS, Jungian dreamwork, interpersonal neurobiology, and many years of studies in various forms of yoga, zen meditation, and the Diamond Approach.
It is my greatest joy and privilege to bear witness to many incredible journeys of human resilience, growth, and liberation.

Aotsi Tsinane:
The Way of Nature
Aotsi Tsinane means ‘The Way of Nature’ in the Ashaninka language.
Siripiari Circle is a ministry protected under Aotsi Tsinane, a religious organization under US law.
Aotsi Tsinane is a spiritual fellowship for the cultivation of harmonious relationships with Self, community, and Mother Nature through study, practice, and works of service to the greater whole.
We do this by bridging the spiritual tradition of Peruvian vegetalismo as practiced in the Mayantuyacu lineage with modern psychotherapy and contemplative traditions. From this place, we offer compassionate and skillful action for the benefit of the word.
More information will be available soon on our website, aotsitsinane.org.
